An exclusive language and sub-culture attributed to a city is novelty. The Nizams urdu combined with the local Telugu evolved into Dakkhni. More than a dialect it is a language with a constant subtext of attitude running underneath the surface. Where exclamation and exaggeration do not reside in the tone alone!
